私が人生の岐路にいた時、
お茶のおもてなしを受けたことがあります。

与えてくれました。

When I was at a crossroads in my life before the founding of AIN SOPH. , I had an experience to be treated at a tea ceremony.
Then, the flavor of the tea made me get inspired, with feelings of the nature in the world and the power of the live in a drop of the tea. A cup of the tea cheered me up. The experience gave an opportunity to create AIN SOPH. as a place to return to your origin.
AIN SOPH. loves the heart, ingredients and traditions of Japan. We would like to express ourselves through our meals to feel gratitude to this land we are living and to our ancestors.
Our cuisine is a meal for us to return to our origin. If we can create the world we are seeing at this moment , I would like to be as "myself".
We are expressing the thought of the beautiful nature on our dishes.

AIN SOPH. Ginza is our main store which was established in 2009.
The first floor is a vegan sweets patisserie with a wide variety of popular tiramisu, pudding, fresh sweets such as raisin butter sandwiches and baked sweets such as cookies.
The 2nd to 4th floors are used as our restaurant for lunch, tea time, dinner. You can enjoy vegan meals, sweets, and drinks which are carefully prepared individually for all occasions which includes family meals and friendly gatherings.
