AIN SOPH. ripple Tateshina is the first franchise of vegan burger specialty store "AIN SOPH. ripple" of the vegan restaurant group "AIN SOPH."
We operate within the tourist facility "Tateshina BASE" on the shores of Lake Tateshina.
When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy it in the outdoor space overlooking the lake.
At the end of April 2022, it was pre-opened as a kitchen car on the beautiful Tateshina lakeside.
In the winter of the same year, we opened a collaborative store at the Yatsugatake ski resort “Pilatus Tateshina Snow Resort”.
From April 17, 2023, we returned to Lake Tateshina and start indoor sales within the new tourist facility "Tateshina BASE".

History
End of April 2022-, Pre-open as a kitchen car by the beautiful Lake Tateshina.
During the winter season of 2022, we will collaborate with Pilatus Tateshina Snow Resort, a ski resort in Yatsugatake, and open a restaurant.
April 17, 2023- Return to the shores of Lake Tateshina and begin indoor operations in the new Tateshina BASE tourist facility. Grand opening.
December 23, 2023- Tateshina BASE and Pilatus Ski Resort open for winter operations.
AIN SOPH. ripple in Kabukicho of Tokyo had closed its door at the end of 2020.
Now we are back and opened ripple's first franchised store in Tateshina, Nagano.
Enjoy our renewed burgers with the beautiful scenery.
