  • How do I reserve a store?

  • Can I have takeout?
    Yes, you can add media in the following order: Open app settings Click the "Manage FAQs" button Create or select a question to add media Click the video, image or gif icon when editing your answer Add and save media from your library
  • Can you deliver?

  • I want to order a whole cake
    Regarding whole cake reservations, please call at the store you wish to pick up in Tokyo. We do not accept reservations online. Please note. Plenty of light and rich whipped cream and seasonal fruits in a moist and fluffy sponge. Regarding sales volume: Since the number of reservations is limited, we may not be able to accept your reservation. Please note. About delivery store: Only available at Ginza, Shinjuku Sanchome, and Ikebukuro stores. Regarding delivery date: Since days and times are limited, please be sure to check the following. Please visit us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 18:00 to 20:00. The Ginza store accepts reservations only on Wednesdays and Fridays. For Monday reservations, please make a reservation at the Shinjuku store or the Ikebukuro store. Please note that if you do not come to the store within the time, it will be treated as a cancellation and we will not be able to refund you. Return Policy: Regarding product returns Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns due to customer preferences. Thank you for your understanding. We make every effort to ensure that the product is in perfect condition, but if there is any problem with the product, please contact the receiving store on the day you receive the product. Other: If we cannot meet your request for the specified date and time, we may contact you separately from the store where you ordered.   • Have you resumed selling groceries (vegan food) yet?
    I'm very sorry, but the resale date for groceries is undecided.
