This year, Ein Sof's vegan Stollen is ready again!
It is made with organic spelt and whole wheat flour, an ancient wheat that has not been bred.
We used white roasted sesame seeds as a secret ingredient and added lots of dried fruits and nuts so that you can enjoy its savory and crunchy texture.
Rihei chestnuts, which were carefully cultivated in this year's unfavorable weather, are stewed in the astringent skin.
Two whole chestnuts are wrapped luxuriously in the center!
The aromatic taste of freshly made chestnuts and the moistness of chestnuts that have been left to rest for a little while are both highly recommended. Both are highly recommended.
The reservation period for "Stollen for mail order" is only two days, Saturday, November 25 and Sunday, November 26.
The reservation period for "Store Pickup Stollen" is from 11/25 (Sat.) 00:00 to 11/30 (Thu.) 18:00.
We will stop accepting reservations as soon as they are sold out. 🙇♀️
